We are delighted that our newest pediatric therapy clinic is officially open in Manteca! This expansion is a significant step for Ascend, allowing us to extend our reach into the heart of the Central Valley and provide much-needed support to even more children and families.
The Manteca site had a formal Ribbon Cutting on May 13, 2025, with the Manteca Chamber of Commerce (see Picture Gallery below). The Ribbon Cutting was done by our guest Benjamin Reece, Professor & Director of Delta College SLPA program. It was also attended by Mayor Gary Singh of Manteca and council members Regina Lackey and Mike Morowit who welcomed Ascend to Manteca and awarded plaques. Several Chamber members were also present along with Ascend Staff kids and families.
A touching moment was when a family shared a heart felt story of how Ascend staff has made a difference in their child’s life. It was also a wonderful opportunity for our therapists, staff and families to meet. There was lots of food, snacks and beverages for everyone to enjoy, and Ascend gave a Gift Bag to a raffle winner from the Chamber. Special shoutout to all our staff who worked hard behind the scenes to make it a spectacular success!
