As we grow, our mission of taking care of Ascend’s PEOPLE (our staff) continues to be a priority as we strive to ensure that we are supporting each one of you in every way possible, including any personal financial needs.

With this intention, Ascend has introduced its first ‘Resilience Fund’ this year, the goal of which is to help its staff through any hardship whether financial, personal or medical. This new program will be through the Ascend Giving Foundation which is a non-profit that was established with the purpose of supporting and serving our staff, the children and families we serve, and our community. The Resilience Fund will allow Ascend to distribute funds to our current staff who need extra financial support to see them through tough times.
